When it comes to what logistics means to Amazon, as former Amazon executive John Rossman lamented, it's a key driver in keeping Amazon developing fast. And in 2023, Amazon Logistics has once again managed to surpass itself. As we all know, Prime has always been a core business that best reflects Amazon's true strength. A few days ago, Amazon released news that it has reached the fastest delivery speed ever for Prime members in the second quarter of this year. So far this year, Amazon has delivered 1.8 billion items to U.S. Prime members by means of today's delivery or next-day delivery. The delivery speed is about four times that of 2019.
